miss fire and exploding auto choke hose and leaking float

i have a few problems with my ped il tell you what i can the best i can so here goes.
bikes a malaguti firefox. same engine and that as a aerox

i have a big missfire and a few more problems

1. missfire my ped wont run, starts but then cuts out 30 secconds later. when i try ride it backfires. iv cleaned the carb, checked my reeds, changed plug and lead a number of times, messed with the gap settings, still no luck. is there anything else i could check or could you point me in the right direction?

2. the auto choke? i know what a auto choke unit is but this is a water hose from the head to the carb. my thirmistat has been locked so it has been blowing the auto choke pipe up. i took the thirmistat out had the same problem again took the water pump apart to find that was broke. bodged the plastic wheel to see if i can get my ped fixed untill the new one comes.
well it worked then i blew the hose up again. (nipple to head nipple)

took the carb apart gave it a good clean up. nothing wrong with it.

so here i am with a scooter what wont run so any help would i would be really great for. thanks

the pipe with water goin around the carb heats it when it is cold that aint the actual coke its pretty pointless to be honest just by pass it and the back fire sounds ignition related i would try a different stator

could i ask something?

when i opened my flywheel cover up the flywheel had ducati stamped on the flywheel cover is that normal as my scooter is malaguti/yamaha

i have a pipe coming from my float bowl its the dranage pipe what the screw next to it.
well it is leaking
does anyone know whats up with this
it has never done it before. the screw is tightened all the way up

Miss fire could be electrical, have you checked through your electrics, cleaned connections and made sure the CDI unit is working right.

I think it is the CDI is it not? Is that what controls firing times I can't remember atm haha
