hi, i have fitted my old polini sport to my replacement engine what i bought a month back and had been riding as a 50 perfectly fine. well i swapped it over friday night and it was running great. but on saturday it ran but it had a huge misfire past 10mph i have changed all the ignition shit new plug, new cdi, new ht lead, changed the stator and ignition coil over from one engine to the other checked the reeds carb is set up correctly changed and cleaned repeatedly. swapped carb from one ped to the other i put a tiny jet in like a 78 and the plug was still black. im stuck as to what the problem could now be could the timing be out? if so could someone hit me with a few ideas of what the timing should be dialed to roughly and i will work from there its a aerox engine thanks matthew!
Re: misfure could it be timing related? could it be rings related? i had a looked at them when i fitted the kit but they looked fine anyone?
