if there are mounts for them then they should be there, my cbt instructor was overly stressing about that. :w00t:

I got pulled over before when i had my dragster about my tax disk, and i asked about my mirrors and the police officer was talking to me about him owning a r1 and talking about bikes etc.

I only had one wing mirror (right one) and i asked if i was breaking law on not having the other one he said you didn't need any of them but advised me to keep right one on so i can see other bikers/people trying to over take me from center of road.

you do not need mirrors for a mot, meaning the bieks safe for the road, but if you have mirrors and your broken thats a fault so easier to take em off as if there not there theres nothing to be broken and fail on ive never had em but do miss em

I forgot to tighten my right mirror last night and have had to ride without it today . Its just annoying, sure it looks a little better but Id rather know whats behind me (i.e. police lol). I'd leave 'em on personally.

i think a right hand mirror is a must, eventhough its not the law, u can see everything down the road behind you and whats overtaking.

when i had my mirrors off it did my head in having to turn my head around all the time.

blah blah blah, no mirror present on a bike isnt illegal.. a broken mirror is. same as the spare tyre law altho coppers seem to think cvar laws apply...
whip em off if you want no mirrors.

been discussed many times so locked and forgotten
