mini's and spares

ok.. due to me moving house i have to get rid of the mini's.. i will add pics when im next close to the cars but for now theres my red one.. ive had it around 18 months, was on the road for a full year untill i dug out the filler in the rear arch and never got round to welding in the repair section to the rear arch and boot floor, theres probably 4 hours worth of work to anyone wiht any kind of body skills (or you can bang it back full of filler) up to you.. it drives, starts first time every time and has around 80000 miles on the clock. like i said far from perfect, needs the work done, few other spots and a repaint.. it has recently had new subframes (well, last couple of years) and really is a good little car. just had 2 new tyres (less than 100 miles on them) asking £350 ono



second is a car i bought as a project... front was minging so it came off.. the shell is 95% solid and a lovely base for a car.. subframes arnt in bad nick (should pass an mot fine) its a year newer than the red one so decent brake setup (same disks but a decent master) completly stripped, can sell as a rolling chassis (will run if the carb and exhaust are refitted) or i can sell as a rolling shell and an engine, or all in bits. engine has done less than 40,000 original miles. i never got round to sending the v5 off and now can not find it so no v5 altho it will v62 as it was legally purchaced from an auction so must be registerd. offers on all

 

offers on all, i wouldent sudgest driving the red mini as its declaird sorn.. the grey one is a deffinate trailor jobbie.. i would finnish them but am no longer living where there kept and have nowhere to put them... pissed really

 

well, it needs the hole int he boot fixed (easy patch/new pannel) and the rear quarter tidied up, it was full of filler and convincingly nice, but i didnt like it hence i dug it out. other than that theres not really much it can fail on... be nice somone i know getting it as it is a nice car in need of a nice sand and tidy up/new paint. if i had the time id do the 2 pannels, paint it and sell it for a grand. just aint got time. like i said it will drive fine (andy's been in it) but its sorn so wouldent be legal (wihtout trade plates)

 

also for sale, the seats in the grey mini (as it has no interior obviously) they are ether from a metro turbo or montego/maestro turbo so dont fit a mini wihtout brackets but fit fiesta's/metro's and anything else wiht an l shape front bracket. good condition and can be used wiht a race harness (i also have one of these) offers

will get pics up of everythin g this weekend.. engine's/body's/damage/good bits..

like i say it will drive and drive reliably it did (went on holiday in it twice aswell as many stints to brighton on a whim and it never missed a beat) just need trade platers as theres no road tax/mot...

if your going the flatbed rout i can do you a deal on the lot... could probably get one real good solid car and another project out of it as the grey one is a better shell/engine. just the front was fucked so went in the bin and the doors are past gone. youve seen them anyway so ye.. have a think they HAVE to go and id rather it be to a good home. not a racer/idiot who will never finnish ether. nowhere near past economical revival by a long shot..

grey one may be gone as of today (to a grasstrack racer ) anyone want the cheapest complete mini your ever gonna find you better gwet in there quick... will be gone by the weekend (and i dont want it going to somone i dont know)
