    Swedish MHR Ciao

For a long time, Ive been fascinated by homemade bikes, so i decided to do my own. The frame is from a Piaggio Ciao and my goal is to put my Minarellicarter on the it.
One of the headoptions for this project is that you should be able to take the carter of and switch it back to my SR50
Maybe you have seen my White/purple SR on under the "Perso scoots"

BTW. I hope this counts 50% as a scooter, since i got the enginge. :D

    Malossi MHR Replica 70
    Italkit Selletra Racing
    Yasuni Carrera 16 kevlar
    etc. etc.

    Keep urself updated:
    -LC from Aerox
    -Sandspray the frame
    -Frontsuspensioner from SR
-Cut off unnecessery frameparts to win some extra kilos
    -Killswitch, Temp/RPM-counter
-Build an subrame, to hold up the carter on the frame
-The LC-cooler is on the bike
-Reinforced the frame with stainless steel
    -Frame 100% modifyed and complete

-New lagers for the front suspensioner
-A final touch for the look
    !!TestRun!!

    The SR
This is my SR where the carter comes from. When i want to drive it instead of the Ciao, i just take of the carter and adapt it on the SR.

The subframe itself is done, but I still need to welld it on the frame. The frame is for the moment very thin and weak, but I'm gonna reinforce it with stainless steel..!

The frame is for the moment only "pointwelled", if i need to adjust it or re-well it. After this im gonna well it all the way

The frame was a little to much to the right, compared to the backwheel - like 10mm. So I moved it. Now it's perfect.[IMG]
Black drawing is how it's now.

    Suspension arms
The Bikes frontpart is complete! Wonderful arms with my shiny rims. ;)[IMG]

The reinforcements are in correct lenght now.

    Nightwork, 16:00 - 23:45
The "vespa" it self is done! cables, ignition och and the RPMcounter is installed. I had to work late to make everything okay. The only thing that needs to be done is the frontsuspension (as i said).
Observe that some cables are just wired on. Im taking care of the look, after I've done a testrun to see that everything works as it should
