hi ive got an 02 reg aerox and the problem is the acceleration is ace up to 25-30mph then bogs out until it gets to around 40 :huh: then picks up again.is this jetting or rollers the spec is: pm tuning 70s pmtuning race clucth with red springs, 4.1g rollers 21mm carb 110 jet ramair filter yasuni exhaust. any help would be greatly appreciated as i would like consistent throttle all the way through the rev range thanks
with my 17.5 carb i use a 98 jet... and before i upgraded to a malossi variator, i used 2.5g rollers to get it to stay in the revs..
Open filter though. I was running a 22mm with PX filter with a 108 on a Minarelli vertical...any less it wouldn't run properly. What clip position is the carb needle at?
Then your setup is totally off. Main jet is far too large and your rollers are far to light. Read our carb guide.
