Upgrade from a cast iron 70cc and it use run perfect but since I put in the kit and mvt did inner rotor it would only do 35km if that. Went thru a whole bunch of cvt settings testing 4g,4.5g,5,g5.5g with s6 medium torque spring, Polini 20kg and 30kg torque spring, and with the green, yellow, blue Polini clutch springs and it’s no better

    Setup: zip sp lc
    S6 racing mk2
    Malossi rhq crank
    Mvt dd inner rotor
    21mm Dellorto
    roost rs5

Have you still got the original stator to fit back on, to eliminate the inner rotor from your enquiries.

I tried the original stator and it’s still the same result it still feels like something is holding it back

So the problem was the oil seal that goes on the crank wasnt in all the way and it was leaking I pressed back in properly. might need a new one but I don’t see no damage so I will jus keep an eye on it.

    glad you got it sorted

Thats one that i doubt anyone would of thought of suggesting. with all the changes you had made i was certain it was going to be a set up problem.
