    measure it first

    its hard to say but around 1mm to 0.7 i would say

    just measure the squish with the gaskets fitted , use the model clay method its a darn sight more better than the solder poke job.
    torque the head down pop it off then caliper measure the clay , it shouldnt be that far off 0.7 you tend to find the kits have a decent squish already .
