MBK Stunt - A New Beginning

    well here is the stunt project..... should be a long time with lots of work but i dont plan on useing it till next summer now so al take my time and try to get it all right the first time o_O

    My only plan is to be ending with a full custom bike, after that am just winging it :eek:

    here we go, seat unit..

    i started by binning the full old seat unit and cutting the frame down.

    then i got my seat making kit out.
    expand fome, fiber glass and a little filler

    started by making a base from fiber glass then sticking the foam down.

    well here is day one done. forced to stop by the rain, i my fiber glass it tonight but i have gym in a bit so dont think i will but still not to bad for one day.

    as you can see in the back ground i had a few failed try's before getting it right(ish) still need some more shaping but most of that will be dont with a ton of bond-o new i need a lot of fiber glass to give it some strength for my 218lb ass

    I ended up giving it a once over so tomorrow i have a rigid base to build on. it dont look too shabby ever if i do say so, i left a long skirt on so i could trim in on the bike to get the right lines.

    Looking good! I wanted to cut the frame down on my ludix, but then ive got nowhere for a back light-.-

    no that was a long time ago i got my ludix blaster new and i thing it was on a 02 plate and it was stolen 1 year latter after i spent £2000 on it, there may still be photo on the pug-club forums but after kyle changed the servers he a shit hole and i think it closed down, but i have not looked it years

    well this morning ih gave the seat unit it last cote of fiber glass(5 total). tonight after work i will ruff it up with bondo and take some photos.

    then i will start on the front panels

    Well i have been waiting for stuff to turn up, it's been a slow proses and then the stuff that as come need modding to work right. But now i have the thing i need to make the base bike.

    received over the last week(ish).
    Aerox engine cases
    Aerox Radiator
    Aerox Rear wheels X 2
    Speedfight Front forks/swinging arm
    Kiesler subframe (VERY BAD part need's lots and work to be happy with..... Dont buy one just make one).
    Gyronetics rim adapter - peugeot to yamaha
    New engine mount bearing for the aerox engine
    speedfight to yamaha front end bearings.

    so here is the situation as of today. all panels removed and put in storage. EVERYTHING on the frame as been binned :eek:, All i have is a frame and a pile of parts that are not made to work with it lol. will add photo tomorrow as i now need a stella or 10 as it such a nice evening.

    Well here is a project i forgot all about o_O, i went in the shed it get lads quad out and i was like ooooooo that where it is lol. as i have a weeks of work i may as well do some body work.

    Looks like a hell of plans, why the speedfight front?
    Good to see ur that smart about the kiesler enginemount. Its not verry strong.
    Any updates or pictures?

    The project is under a dust sheet in the shed, am i in the proses of building a double garagesfor the woman car and my toys so ever thing is on hold, i have a 50% done aerox too.

    i am going with the speedfight front because the bike will no speed king only a 70cc sports, and i look the look of one i have seen on line with the rear aerox wheel's front and rear
