artek filter,Malossi multivar 3x6.5 and 3x7.5 rollers in plus malossi belt, and yellow clutch springs yet my scooter only goes 45 tops and there doesnt seem to be any difference from half throttle to full throttle as wondering if it was anything to do with the spacer behind the front pulley being to thick and not letting the belt ride up

I bought a set of these

Yes take the washer out of the variator.

Thats what restricts the speed...with it removed you should then be looking at 55-60 top end.

Why did you leave it in...thats the first thing you'd bin when derestricting surely?

Also what main jet size are you running btw...i'm jetting my CW50 setup for 70cc/22mm carb/technigas exhaust and am curious to know what you running...there isn't many vertical engines around anymore to get a baseline from...

its not the big washer under the belt its the one between the drive face and the bushing

    got this from website

    Stage6 Variocontrol Adjustment Washers -
    13mm x 18.8mm

    13mm x 18.8mm / 0.4 - 0.8mm
    Minarelli, Peugeot, Honda

Setting up the variator and the clutch are of prior
importance for optimal gear changing characteristics and
a fast engine. In order to match the variator to the V-belt
width and so obtain excellent acceleration you will need
these washers. They will be placed between the drive
face and the bushing this way allowing for adjustment of
the distance between variator and drive face. If you want
to get the most out of your scooter you won't get around
setting up your vario; mainly relying on the concept of
trial and error - but the result is really worth the effort!
The set consists of 32 washers between 0.4mm and
    0.8mm.

Attention: For crankshafts with 13mm shaft. They are
used in engines such as Minarelli, Peugeot and Honda.

At the moment im running around 105-110 cant remember I mate it slightly over rich to run in cyclinder kit

To be honest i've never seen a multvar and its been a year or so since i've seen a restricted pulley setup.

    However, if by the big washer under the belt you mean the black thing in this pic then yeah, remove that as that'll stop the pulleys closing up and will limit your top speed;

Regarding the other smaller washer between the drive face and the bush my bike does not have one (same engine as yours), although my aerox 100 did. I removed it once on the aerox and it made no difference to top speed one the standard setup. Saying that if the malossi multivar needs it i'd leave it in.

Did you derestrict your exhaust as thats the only thing in your setup which could cause the lack of top speed?

This would have meant removing a snorkle out of the neck and possible a small restrictor on the tail pipe...
