hi all, just rebuilt the motor on my nitro (aerox) 50 all up and running ok but the top speed is terrible. when you ride it it seems like the auto transmission isnt shifting ive removed the washer, swapped the clutch/variator over from another bike, messed about with roller weights but that problem still remains. it has an open air filter as the lugs have broken on the engine case for a proper air filter 98 jet in carb 4.4g rollers and a cheapy £75 gianelli expansion exhaust which i got off of ebay (restrictors removed) hopefully someone has come across this problem as its driving me nuts! help would be appreciated thanks.
yea i will try that thanks mate but it pulls fine til you get to 3o then thats it its as if the washer is still between the variator but it isnt.
