Hey i want some help i got a mbk nitro with a rare polini forace 3 exhaust and i got a stage6 racing 70's kit iv only done about 20 miles with this on as i dont want to ride it till iv got a 21mm carb got the right rollers etc set up but i need a crank really as i have a quite powerfull cylinder with standard crank, but i was thinking maybe i could get a 85mm conrod crank and a 5mm spacer so its a longer stroke etc but is this stupid to do ? i would of though you would get more high end power/top speed with a bigger stroke ? whats the benifits and whats the bad things about this this also makes the cc higher doesnt it ?

    thanks jesse

what makes you think a polini for race 3 is rare....its a commercially available exhaust over the counter, and im sure theres hundreds if not thousands in use around the world :glare:

i must admit though it should suit the stage 6 racing pretty well, and with a 21mm carb and a gear up will be a 125 baiter

if i was you i would buy the stage 6 HPC crank with the std length con rod and concentrate on setting the squish up... the 85mm con rod route is a extra expense for very little gain, unless your going to exploit the maximum power of the cylinder by porting....not really advisable on a road bike :)

Hey mate, Try finding a polini for race 3 with carbon fibre end can for a aerox/nitro heres a pic of mine, pics a bit shit but i baught the exhaust brand new off some geek whos had it in his attic for couple years, why do you think its a waste of time doing the 5mm spacer with 85mm crank i want much power surely it would give you more cc and more torque and top end

if you want much power, i would suggest using a high end cylinder instead of the stage 6 racing which is mid-race...

and sticking an end can off a different pipe doesnt neccesarily make an exhaust rare or special....
