Mate brought his runner 172 round because something seems up (found it was just rear pads) but took it for a run anyway. First time in agessssss, feels weird lol. Well I can't really tell having not being on them for so long, but seems alright. But 0-20mph there is no oomff, no front wheel action or anything. It is totally standard otherwise just 172 and gear up (clocked 90, 98 downhill) think it might have white springs though :msn1: Was going to change the rollers, on my 180 I had 12.5, but here of alot of people using 13.5g? Can't be arsed to do the springs but I'm guessing they might need to be tighter.
172 and a gear up... and a scorp? want to leave the 13.5's in there and try get a bit more power... ie a carb and some clutch springs (blues) prittymuch cant get into the powerband off the line
Thanks for the reply 172 and a gear up, standard exhaust. Oh yeah, 180 variator. I've got some blue springs I could chuck in, I'll order up some 20x17 13.5g rollers then, cheers.
dnt forget to order a 25mm or a 28mm as my mates 180 had standard carb it was okay but not very fast soon as he put on a 25m power wheelie everywere u wont regret
Trust me I've told him nuff times, he hasn't cleaned it since he bought it, seized bolts everywhere n fork seals have now gone. I'd of changed many things so far but don't think he is too fussed tbh.
