Hi, Anyone had any experience with these torsion controller things? Plus.... Been running in my ped and just switched the New malossi clutch back for a standard item..as I noticed the clutch plates were only worn on the front edges about a centimeter long..looks like the all the plates was not making contact with the clutch bell affecting the acceleration i'm assuming..the standard clutch makes the scoot take an age to get up to speed, but what i'm after is improved acceleration..I also have a white malossi contra spring and wondered what difference this will make..I got this with the variator kit..I realise many factors are at work here but any feedback from those in the know would be great.. Cheers
no idea on the torsion controler, i have heard they are a little bit of a placebo now for the clutch, i run a 172 and the stock clutch and stock clutch springs and the pull off was a little laggy (i did only test the stock springs on the 125) but i have been told by many that the 172 has enough grunst to cope happily with the stock springs i myself run the green malosi springs in my stock clutch which imo are about right, you get a smooth take off and after 1-2 seconds from pull off the clutch engages and up pops the front end lol
