malossi mhr team 2 bore having to be milled to fit

    right i am looking at buying a malossi mhr team 2 70cc bore kit for my aerox but i have seen that it has to be milled now it says this on scooter attack it has to be milled but on scooter centreit doesnt say anything about it so im not sure wat to do rele cause i am buying it brand new off ebay cause its a bit cheaper but on the picture on ebay the bore looks white but i duno wheather thats because of the light or wat.

    wat does everyone thing .

    all kits look white fresh from the box (ali kits do if there any good anyway)
    it does need machining out yes. this can be done by hand with a dremmel but theres no support there if its done this way. most of the support comes from the studs but the skirt is locked in place for a reason.

    is this a hard job and what do u reconmend on how to do it but i am still confused because scooter attack say you do need to and scooter centre doesnt say anything about it but it does on other bores!

    look, m8.. stick with a 70.. this is WAY beyond the scope of your knowledge for now.. by alll means give it a go in the future but its some precision milling. you can bodge it in but its not gonna work too well... you need to spliut the case, mount it to a mill, messure messure messure then slowly machine the area down. lots of messing about and i doubt you will even get the most out of the kit in the first place
