ive got a aircooled dr kit on my stalker which has no sqish band on the head i was wondering if i put a malossi head with a sqush band on would work as i dont wanna mess my compression or rings up and if it would be worth while?
ye go for it, the dr kit responds well to using a poilini head (all ive try'd) but the polini/malossi heads are pritty similar in shape... just make sure you messure the squish clearance so the piston doesent come too close/hit the head.
my bike dont like revving got quite a big jet in with heavy rollers, anyone reckon itd rev higher with a slightly smaller jet and lighter rollers? as the plug colour looks alright but i heard minor say somewhere thet big jets compensate for heavy rollers its just the dr 70 bore with a yasuni z and its got no real powerband pickup and revs like a standard bore?
