   Can anyone tell me how to adjust the forks they are on a runner 180 sp what do the two blue knobs at the top do and how do I make it harder
   
   Also there is a damping adjustment apparently
   
   And finally they make a knocking noise when I compress them but there's no play in them is this noise normal
