malossi belt, which way.

    got a malossi belt for the et2 but its lacking an arrow for direction of travel, can it go on either way?

    i faced mine so when you read malossi from the crankcase its facing towards you not into the crankcase i dont see why they dont put arrows on them though -.-

    That sucks, Im glad I got a Polini belt because they do have the arrows :)

    But my guess would be the same as above, have the writing facing you.

    it only matters once the belt is in the bike... you should run them in the same direction always. theres just as much pressure at the top of the variator as there is on the bottom onf the clutch. these belts are not directional (there bi directional construction) nothing lines up in one direction inside the belts so ye, use them as you have. dont turn them round..

    but ye as above, ethe rso you read malossi or follow whatever arrows are on there. just so you know wich way you HAD it in. if it matterd malossi would mark them.
