hi i got my ped out yesterday which had been stood for 4 months coverd in the garden when i noticed that the forks were seized wouldnt move at all,so i got some warm water thinking it was the cold weather and put it on the forks and they freed up straight away,left it for around an hour seized again did the same fine,i cant see any problems with them,seels look good,is this the cold wether or an underlying problem thanks
