Right lads, apart from making my exhaust looser at the manifold so it blows (my mates does as he needs one of the bolts drilling out,so its only connected with one,so its fucking loud as a tank),is there any other way i can make my TT louder? At first i thought it was loud, and sounded nice. Now it just sounds 'ok',obviously much better than standard. I just think ive got used to it. So can i make it louder?

You could remove some of the wadding, not the whole lot as you may aswell just take the end can off, just don't take too much out as its a right pain to repack.

.. making exhaust louder .. **THE ANSWER**

DONT tahe the baffles out.. it just makes it noisy and annoying.. i have a doppler s3r an i took the silencer off and wrapped ALUMINIUM FOIL around the pipe with all the holes input the baffles back in
.. it improves the sound and top end (basicly strate threw exhaust without silencer ...

yeah it also makes the engine run hotter therefore causing premature piston damage, unless ofcouse you upjetted to compensate. and the chances of the foil lasting more than 3 weeks is remote too.

looks like a silenced pipe yet works like a can free system.. louder and will work better, done it loads with copper pipe inside the can. best bet is shorten it slightly or even find another can as the tt can is a little small inside. most cans fit them

i got my info when i worked on konig race boat engines. when my boss was world champion. the stacks (thats racing slang for expansion chambers) were also adjustable on there length via a spring and foot operated lever for peak power at different revs.. the stinger or what scooter peeps call end can was a solid tube, and the silencer was on the end of said tube ..so wrapping it in alum foil (not bacofoil-keep that for cooking chickens) works :rtfm:

nice one...the stinger just out of interest is the small curly tube just before the silencer on a 2 stroke scooter or any expansion chamber really :D

EDIT: The curly tube that joins the can to the expansion chamber
    (just to avoid confusion) :D

Yeah mate, thats the key to the future, ive done some secret testing in my secret lab and found walkers crisp packets give the biggest gains, acceleration and top end wise, you could try doritos but they always seemed to have a flat spot around 30-80, then they took off to 100

that was on a standard 50 by the way.
