bought myself a s7r and was amazed at the power it produced, it pulled realy strong and had a top end of 65 (clocked by other bike) and the standard piaggio gears only do about 65 (so ive been told) so i was happy as can be uptill she stopped running propperly, thought it was a fueling problem and just as i was gunna send it to walton road garage .... checked my bore, seized. massive marks on the piston loads of ring failure and a rather rough bore, so take my advice, the doppler s7r kit may look great, its made by athena has a asso piston and looks exactly the same as stage 6 bores or athena's own bore (all made by athena with asso pistons) but no its most certainly not. do not buy :)

the standard gears only do 58mph no matter how much power....and its not the bores fault it is YOURS for not jetting it correctly as you have been running it very lean ...

it sounds like the bores a good one, you just didnt set it up right and fucked it.
