loud vibration or grinding noise from transmission

hi ive tryed fitting a stage 6 front pulley but it just makes a loud ass grinding noise wen it hits the power band so bad i der ride it so had to put the standerd one bak on but it still does it but only over 9000 rpm so i can ride it just not full throttle btw my crank n crank bearing are like a few weeks old so ther fine can any one help plz sound

 

its not the stage6 pully then thats making it noisy then is it.

i would check the variator nut is done up tight making sure the belt aint trapped between the variator and the outerpully

 

well it is cos standerd one does it a tad but as soon as i put the stage 6 1 on ther it goes mental wen i touch the power band it comes with two washers do i have to have washers behind the variator or infront of pulley or wat ?
it youst to do it with the polini 9 speed vario thats y ive got a stage 6 one on ther my bikes so anoying

 

You have 1 washer just before the variator nut, Sound like the gears...
