does any one know how to cleen out the end can on a scorpion for a dragster 125 as they dont come apart like my leo vince on my 50. cheers for any help.
Take the rivets out. Then put new pop rivets in. If loud is a problem get some exhaust wool in there too.
HAVE YOU EVER HEARD A PM55 OR 59 GAZ? SCORPS ARE QUIET COMPARED TO THAT. THEY SOUND QUITE POPPY LOL. *stops shouting*
Gaz had both on his bike, but couldn't ride with the PM on because if he ran over a pebble it would snap in half.
pmsl course he has u tard! and my scorp was loader then naybels pm 59 and gazs pm 55, and didnt blow once... just was really loud...ben and gaz will tell u all that...
had both mate a pm59 and a scorp..the scorp makes a noise that drives neighbours mad lol like ben said i never dared leave the house with a pm59 i was to scared of it snappin
cheers everyone. im just using the old stub could it be something to do with that then because it realy is loud.
Is the stub warped/bend/bowed at all? it could be blowing. Cover the end of the exhaust tight with your hand and see if the engine cuts out.

yes the bike cuts out when you put your hand over the end of it. i have drilled out the 4 rivets at the end where all of the fumes come out of and still cant get it apart do i have to take the 4 out at the other end aswell.
yes, remember it will need rotating left to right to get it out as the woll is PACKED in there (the hole is too small for the material in there) so will be tight
