logbook help

    thinking about buying a italjet dragster 125 the only problem is the guy i mite be buying it off isnt the registered keeper and hes had it 3 years so the registered keeper is god knows lol, so what i wanted to know is can i just apply for a logbook with a v62 form or would i have to do something totally different, cheers

    Probably stolen, it can't have been ridden on the road legally for 3 years without the loggy.

    yeh i have done a check, just wanted to know if it was easy to apply for logbook without knowing who the owner is

    I've bought a frame off ebay with no log book, it's sat in my garage, as far as im aware you can just send off for it.

    ano thats what i was thinking cause when people buy bikes at auctions etc with no log book it seems to be ok, i thought you could just wanted sum conformation lol
