ok so dont know if its the right section and will have been asked over and over and over and over yep thats it the whole how do i de-restrict question.
But just after some info really ive just got a piggio nrg power and have removed the washer in the variator but as ive never messed with mopeds before and dont know how else it will be restricted and ive been told different makes/models are done in different ways ?
ive been told to keep the air box just get a decent foam for it and im looking into a pipe but is the standard pipe restricted ?.
im gonna be using it for work instead of the car or the cb400 but would like a little more than 30 mph lol any help would be great

Yep its restricted in the exhaust.. And in the intake just before the carb. You will need to upjet it to take out the restrictor in the intake, and upjet to change the exhaust.

ok had it out tonight getting a steady 35 at 7000rpm had it upto 49 but the road was crap so had to ease of. all ive done upto now is remove the variator washer so gonna look into a exhaust for it been told this model doesnt need an up jet for the exhaust.

i dont know much about peds so whats the deal with roller's ?

It depends on which nrg you have. carb engine need to be upjetted to run an exhaust, if it is the injected model, then you cant upjet.
