I there, i have a liquid cooled piaggio engine. just out of curiosity, is it possible to swap the top end from an air cooled nrg to a liquid cooled nrg?

As far as I know all you need to do is just bolt the air cooled head on, job done lol

well its possible (if theres two different type engines) but you would need to remove the water pump and drain all the water, take off radiator etc. and then you can just put the a/c cylinder on

    *edit*

now i properly think about it, you would new a cowl casing to keep the engine cool. it would properly just be so much easier/cheaper to buy the a/c engine

Your Lc stator would have to be drilled to fit a fan too.

you would have to replace the watercooled bore kit with a aircooled one it isn't necessary to remove the waterpump and as said aove you need to tap the holes in the flywheel and screw the fan on and also get the plastic casing for the bore

Ironically I have a AC zip engine that I am converting to water cooled lol what is the reason for the change to air cooled? You will get more reliable power from a LC engine vs an AC engine.
