On my speedfight the lights come on when the scoot is running. I want to rewire the lights so the turn on and off with the switch whether the bike is running or not. Is there anyway to do this? And how hard will it be to do? Thanks people :)

you would have to connect it to your ignition switch. But whats the point? your only gonna end up draining the battery

I found some wiring scheme. And also i put some info on it but don't do anything for now. It would be nice if someone agrees with my advice for you.

    That diagram is good.

Basically find the positive wire from the back of your ignition and take the + wire from the back of your light switch. Solder the light switch + wire to the + on your ignition. Take the - from your light switch and solder it onto the - on your ignition.

It seems pretty pointless for the work you will have to do though, why not just leave your engine running whilst taking pictures?

You will also have a light switch that does nothing aswell.

you want to try and make a speedfight look good for pictures, yet it doesnt run?

wouldnt bother, the amount of work and money you seem to put into it, sell it and buy another moped.
