Hi ive got the misfiring done on my ped it was not earthe properly. But i have another problem , with one loom everything works , ecccept the front light , then when i put the other loom on everything works apart the rear light and the horn is very dim , but the front light works. The battery holds 13 something volts even out of the bike , all lights work when tested on battery. Its as if the there is not enough power but why ? . many thanks any help welcome . :cheers:
1 regulater 2 wiring is wrong 3 bulbs WATTS are to big for your bike If u look at my topic i had sort of the same problem , it was my bulbs that was the problem with the fact i needed a new regulater those 3 are the 1s id look at and if not some 1 on this forum will help more gd luck
Well ive put another regulator will test that in a while. The wiring is takey but it is not that as , one loom everything works but not the front light ,then when you put another loom on everything works but not the rear light and the horn is dim. So its deffo a power problem, but the battery holds the power all night . I was thinking of running the front light of the battery straight with a switch ?.But i would rather fix the problem first. When i test the end of the rear light , it reads 5-something volts throw the wires so its asif the power is going somewere . Any way im going out for a few hours to look and try .please go well :beg:
Rigt the reg is working as ive tested when revving ect . the battery holds charge . ive put 2 other stator plates on . FUse all ok . Ive checked all loom ,took all duck tape off , i realy cannot see what the fook is wrong with it , i mean its stupid . ive got 5 looms all of them are the same , thats why im thinking its not the loom,one loom everything works but not front or rear light , then another loom everything works but not rear light , but its still not good enough as is not everything working . And i have a m.o.t needed befre i can ride it. I mite get another loom i dunno , ill get another loom if it still does it then its just a joke swear.
