    Hello :)

I have an mc2 and till i get my kit installed tommorow or somethin i want to ask you something.I've been havin terrible problems with the headlights once i got my nrg any bulb i would try out on my headlights would blow in a matter of days....Also the bulbs i used the second time(halogen shit i dunno cause nrg uses a shit type of bulbs (p26s)Melted the surrounding plastics and fucked it !I got one used headlight system for nrg here from a member months ago which uses only the high beam theres no low-beam if we can call that a low beam its not useful...So i read in a topic (nibs nrg project) his bubls kept blowing and minor said it should be a loom from another bike.My mechanic told me that the regulator my bike has is not a nrg one .So i want to ask is it possible my loom and my regulator causing this problem  ????? Because its really annoying and also i dont want to fuck another headlight system the same way again !!!! If yes how much will it cost for me to install a nrg loom and a nrg regulator :( ?

My nrg is the one with the drum brake version liquid cooled mc2 (i never figured out which excactly i have DD or Extreme)....

Thanks a lot and sorry for my silly questions .

if yours is drum then its a dt not a dd (double disk) the extreme was the mc2. the dd/dt were the mc3 (look at the forks usually, front panel is different too)

but ye, if your using the wrong wattage bulbs your gonna blow bulbs/melt stuff, providing there is no obviously shabby wiring and the loom is correct for the bike, the lights/bulbs are all correct and the fuses ar eof the correct rating then you shouldent be blowing bulbs, if so the rec is probablky to blame. there cheap enough to get tho so try a new one.
