Lexmoto fmr 50 (cutting out)

Hey guys i recently got a 2017 lexmoto fmr 50 for son and his just passed his cbt so today we took the bike out for the 1st time..
We managed to get 4miles in and it died after about 5mins we got it started again and then died after 1mile and same thing again it died and had do the prosess all over.

Has anyone had this problem and solved it or has anyone got any ideas.
