My enigma stopped and wouldn't start again. As it's under warranty ( 6mths) I took it back to dealer. He has said that there is no oil in it and the engine is stuffed. I thought these engines only needed serviced after about 4k miles? ( its done less) and that unless it was losing oil it shouldn't need topping up? Can anyone advise please?
Oil needs to be checked weekly, it only holds a litre at most and engine will burn some away when running.
