are these pipes any good i know theyre quite cheap. (£69 new) I notice it hasnt been posted in the 'sportexguide' section. are they much worse that zx? do they come with rollers and springs new?
TT is a very good value SPORTS pipe for the money And if you cant afford the extra £40 or so for one of the top of the tree sports pipes then you could do a lot worse than a TT
In my opinion Leo Vince TTs are great little pipes for the money. Cost me £89 odd delivered from donotlink with springs & rollers. My friend NRG with a ZX upjet rollers & shizzle i used to think was quick as fuck when all i could do was 40,but now i blitz him by about 15 car lengths with a cheaper pipe. So yes, TT's are great pipes if your on a budget. Also there 'supposed' to rust within the first day,but im cleaning it and coating it in oil often and it hasnt got ANY rust atall,im even using 2stroke on it atm as ive run out of duck oil and its still like new.
ok thanks for your opinions i may buy one end of march/april time if i have the cash! what bhp do they have i knwo the zx is 8.28 or something on sportexguide? cheers
no laurence the bhp figure is with a top performances 70 kit n 17.5mm carb lol read the top bit not just bolting on a pipe
Like i said mine hasnt got a single spot of rust and ive ridden in rain, mud, etc and ive had it on longer than you. As the saying goes,'look after your tools, your tools will look after you'. I wash mine often and atleast whipe it all down and oil it everytime i put the bike away,so. Just fucks me off when people say it rusts quick, obviously its because your too lazy and dont look after your gear (not you crana, just in general). Im done.
does it give a good power? and when does the pipe best operate at. low medium or high speeds? cheers.
