this is where they get i rong and why apple will never be as big as ibm eqivilant... it uns native softwae. so its as good asit ever gona get.. stick to a laptop (toughbooks have had touchscreen for years, can throw a skin on xp/vista and do that in 5 mins) waste of time and money, wont last long

 

so its some cheap ass taqblet pc... wiht a skin... so its worth twice what other tablet pc's are worth why? coz its thin? not like its gonna fit in your pocket now is it... apple did a thinner screen FULL KEYBOARD laptop 2 years ago.. this aint nothing special

 

its basicly a cross between a mobile phone and a pc... why pay a premium? how many of you ACTUALLY take a computer anywhere but your home? why make them so thin the battery's are 300 quid? there is FUCK ALL point in these thin laptop's. its nonsence.. gimmick that makes you spend 3 times as much on the SAME spec peice of shit, just because its thin and flips out like a phone... peice of shit. gimmi a REAL brand name device any day (wont see me bustin a fuck lg phone, nor any laptop other than a reputable make, not worth the money you pay for these chineese built to budget shit devices)

as i said, years old now.. not showing me anything new... as for function, what the fuck function can you get from a screen wiht a 2" boarder?!?!? tiny screen, shitty skin, poor spec and more expensive than a decent laptop. waste of time

 

no, but samsung have made sectionalk tablet's and docks wiht ALL of the spec listed for years, oh and guess what, the screen boarder is not 2" thick...

lenovo is NOT a rela brand name, its not a decent recognised manufactor, ive built pc's for over 15 years and have never heard of them. its gimiky shit.. just like an iphone, absoloute shit.. it doesent do the job it was desighned to do verry well and hides it wiht gimmicks (the i phone for instance, dial a number on it, thats right, takes a couple mins befor you can EVEN DO THAT)

its a peice of shit, wiht absoloutely no function above that of any other laptop/tablet... but because you like it for whatever reason your defending it.. its shit.. overpriced, poorly made, inferior in EVERY way to one of 2 devices on the market... its like most new things, you take 2 products that work fine, then try make one from them, for no reason other than to make money.. WHY was this desighned? what possible reason could you have to use one over a tablet wiht a dock OR a thinner laptop?




blah blah blah blah... i know you work around computers... but this serves fuck all perpous and costs more than the equivalant device.... its basicly a tablet pc, by some unknown manufactor... an its fuckin ugly. buy a laptop or tablet.... if your using a keayboard outside your home then laptop, if your using the keyboard at home then just use a tablet and leave the dock there... you tellin me this is gonna be any more practical to carry around than ether a thin laptop or JUST a tablet pc? me thinks not. 2 things to carry

such a gimmick.. worstr of both worlds... why would you run hybread linux on a snapdragon processor in tablet mode then switch to an ibm processor for usual windows function? thas SUCH a waste of rescorces..(incase you missed the first lesson of college ibm basicly means the calculation system, of the bios,(ibm pc or xt or at) all pc's are BASED on a compatible calculation to the ibm's original.. hence ibm processor) hence all software for a pc is "ibm compatible" so no ibm didnt make this....


why would you carry round a keyboard you wouldent know if you needed to use or not? why not just have a fucking laptop?!?!?! and WHY not run everything off the same os (like run windows 7 OR linux with the chosen gui) i could go on and on but i wont, if you wanna buy one go for it... waste of money in my book and quite frankly i dont think its quite astounding enough to be put up as a wow topic on a scooter forum LOL

 

ye everyones trying to make the single device everyone carrys about, nokia have come closest so far wiht the n97 (also touch screen, has built in 3g obviously, works well as a phone, works PERFECTLY as a computer (as in real website view, querty keyboard blah blah) were not at the level yet where we can carry our single device and rid ourselves of the home pc.. wont be long befor EVERY phone (not just the new nokias) can use your tv as a screen, wireless keyboard an mouse.... nokia WILL be the first to get it right and replace the pc/phone/gps/walkman (for want of a better word)media storage and so on, there not farr off now.. this is a tablet pc wiht a gimmick... just like the iphone, its an ipod wiht a phone fucked into it somhow yet the nokia is STILL a phone prodominantly yet asa i said you CAN hook up a wireless bluetooth keyboard, plug it into your tv and watch 720p streaming films LIVE right now... WAY more use than some fake tablet pc... name me one thing this can do that a tablet pc cant (or a nokia n97 for that matter) then ill list all the things it CANT do where the proper peice of hardware desighned exactly for the perpous comes in...


the phone will replace the pc, the tablet pc will be phazed out as will laptop's.. the only downside to the phone being used as a pc would be carrying the big screen about... but then why do you need a big screen out and about? and if you do why cant you take a laptop?

i hate to pick, but there is no reason behind this product... products like this are the reason we head into recession.... unnecisasary buissnesses wasting time and money... when really they could have just trry'd to better an existing product wiht more functionality (like a phone wiht more function/output/a docking system) now that WOULD be wow....

 

ye, nether of those spec's is worth 800-.... so why not just run the lot in the top and have a clip in keyboard? WHY run 2 lots of ram/processor/memory and even 2 different opperating systems....


so what happens to linux when you dock it? does it run in the background while the screen is piggybacked? does it go into standby silently in the backlground? if so its a computer doing FUCK ALL but waste power... if it go's into silent standby then it will take a little time to reover from this state (its linux afterall)

makes NO sence buying one, other than the fact its 2 shit computers, that you can clip together to make one shit computer.....

800 quid? for a no name laptop wiht POOR spec? dreaming m8.. can get a brand name, with WAY better spec, lighter wiht a bigger screen for less dogh.. fact

 

your missing the point, this is an equivilant of the i pad (another fuckoig useles invnetion, its a big mp3 player or a shit tablet at the end of the day)
