anything from de restriction to nitrous is illegal. going down hill on a moped is breaking the law as your exceding 30mph. if you fit a pipe you might aswell fit the lot as your just as illegal whatever
the 70 kit is covered by an engine shroud, exhaust is e-marked so legal... pigs generally havent a clue lol dont worry about it, i cant remember one single time anyone on swf/ss has EVER been caught with a 70 kit, ive been on swf for nearly 1 1/2 years now lol only happens in germany with police with portable rolling roads n shit... sam

just dont ber a cunt to the officer that pull you, and they will do a reg check, might search you if they have a reason then be on there way. They dont no shit about bikes the only way u can get caught is if u get seen do stupid speeds, so just be careful; were u ride fast
only once been pulled on my 50, got asked to produce my liscence blabla. everything checked out ok and he let me go, i assume because i had done nothing wrng he didn't think it necessary to go though the whole bike. just if you do get pulles, show co-operation, they probably won't bother you. don't ride like you think you're barry sheene or they will anally ream you for it.be sensible in towns etc... abide by speed limits and act responsibly. fuck, i sound old
my bore has a black casing round it so if police wanted to check it theyd have to take it apart n dunt think they are that bothered ... if they pull you just be freiendly n they shouldnt be too much hassle.
