This project is gonna start pretty soon. I have a LC Piaggio engine. Gonna start off by splitting the engine and COMPLETELY cleaning it. Will get it shot blasted and build it from ground up. No rush to get the engine built up so not gonna just sling it together. Set up will be. Polini Evolution II bore kit Yasuni C21 Malossi MHR Crank (already got) Malossi MHR Variator (already got) (Possibly swap for Polini 9 Roller?) Dell'Orto 25/26mm Carburettor (Airbox like Italjohns) V-Force3 Reeds Malossi MHR Manifold Polini 2G Clutch Also, is it possible to run a 125 rad on a 50? Can't see why not? And other bits an bobs, but this will be the main parts I'm gonna be getting. Gonna get the cases flowed an barrel flowed by JB Tuning hopefully. Gonna start stripping the engine in the next week or so hopefully.

Couple of standard 50cc barrel, pistons an heads. Malossi sport 70 kit. couple of 20.5mm carbs in bits. loadsa shit. Just ask if you need anything an I'll have a rummage through. If I got it I'll send it to ya.
No body mods jeff. Doubt it will even go on the road tbh. Doubt it will even have panels tbh. Gonna have like... Hardly any loom on it at all, so probably get a inner rota kit as well.
I got the engine laying about now. So thought I might as well make something of it? I got the main parts that I needed any way, Crank, Vari an other bits an bobs, So realistically I haven't got to be TOO careful about what bore an pipe I put on it.

Malossi MHR crank alex. Surely it must be able to? When I got the bike it had about 6000 miles on the clock. And I doubt that the crank was put in there from new? And I put about 500 miles on it roughly.
