What did you lxpro'ers use to take out the cone?

Apparently its harder than normal steel so its a fooking knightmare

 

dremel with a meidum circumference, diamond reinforced, cutting disc, theres 2 tac welds - cut these apart and out comes the restrictor

 

then grind smooth the welds that are left, clean flow=no problems.

 

yeah a sharp file and a bit of wet and dry p180+ 320 will do the job

 

I just ground through the 2 welds with a carbide cutter in an electric drill!!

And then smoothed it all off with a rotary grind stone
