    Hey y'all,

My scooter has done almost 32,900kms and it is still running good.

My side stand is broken and I just managed to bolt the middle stand on. However, without the service manual I do not know what the original Middle/Side stand is suppose to look like. The bolt on the right side of the Middle stand has no washer or grease?

    Questions:
    - Is there suppose to be some kind of lock nut for the Middle stand bolt on the right side?
    - Do I apply grease? I have a black/white diagram but it is unclear?

    Can someone help me please?

    Thanks in advance

Not quite, but some of us are getting old. We need our sleep you know;)
Plus you posted at 1:02 AM, in the morning!!!

Halfords do a variety of scooter manuals these days, and at £14.99 they can be a god send sometimes.
Use sites, and I shall have to break these down as the site doesn't like outside linking:
    Ped Parts
    Adrenaline Pedstop
    Scooter-works
    Racing Planet
    Euro scooter parts

They all have breakdowns on most scooters, but the one I use for schematics is AJ sutton.
They have pictographic breakdowns of all the bikes.

But to answer your question about the stand:
Yes use loads of grease on the bolt because over time IT WILL SEIZE IN THE HOLE.
Yes use a nylock nut on the bolt end.
If you are clever enough, you could drill and tap a grease nipple in to the block along the bolt hole length.

    +1 for AJ Sutton
Ideal if you know where abouts on the bike the part is you require but don't necessarily know what said part is called.
Log on, enter your bike details and hey presto, as Steve said, you get all the diagrams you'll need to help you find the part you require

Excellent point. I think I will get a color copy service manual and hopefully find the right one.
Hmm might do this for car too. Thanks

Cool! I fixed the Middle stand. I used the WD40 white lithium grease. The can didn't come with the straw but it still worked.
Now onto the Side stand and done.
