yeah you can mate had one before. think you need to get in contact with the dvla and they will send you a form to fill in with the bikes vin number, engine number, cylinder size (125cc), colour of the bike and some other details and if everything checks out you will be given a v5 and registration number so you can have a plate made. you will then need to have the bike M.O.T'd either a daytime m.o.t or full. daytime : road legal tyres, secure reg plate bracket, horn, killswitch of some sort, brake light wired to front and back brakes, ( maybe a side stand ) maybe more ill let other people add to it Full : same as daytime but with a lighting kit, and indicators your probably best buying an exc wiring loom, ' lights, stator, switches and the rest ' or go for the easy option of selling the sx to buy an exc hope this helps mate
As Jordan said above it is possible, but to be honest mate you're better off just buying one that's already road legal (I.e KMX) as the time, effort and money spent making it road legal would probably exceed that of buying one already done!
