KOSO SPEEDO UNIT WITH REV COUNTER

hi does anyone know if this will fit on my Piaggio Nrg Mc3 air cooled .

And i know it might sound silly but is it legal?

only requirement for a speedo in the uk is that it shows the speed in mph.

i think you may even get away with just kph

so yeh, its legal, not sure if it will fit an nrg, http://www.scooter-center.com

have a look on there, choose your bike from the menu and see if its there, if it is, it fits

they fit nrgs.....you just need to put a runner top handlebar cover and evryfin on it

 

hmm cool on another site it sais it fits but on scooter-center they do not have it.

Also i read somewhere i need to have all the lights that came with it still on it , is this true??

 

starkie why would you need to use the runner pannels, there pritty much identical to the nrg 1's arc:

 

egnore starkie he is a silly cunt.... pmsl the clocks im sure are the same size... and im sure they slip right on m8... what u mean use all the lights?only thing that wont work on the koso clocks is the tempteture.... because ur bike is air cooled but speedo,petrol,oil light,rec counter ect.... will all work.... btw they look sweet and mine passed mot with them on and 307 miles on the clock :w00t:

 

i meant the petrol light oil light someone told me you have to keep the stock lights on but if yours passed MOT then i dont see why mine wouldnt

I have a speedometer obviously however no fuel gage...Will that really fail my whole bike?

 

I know a dodgy MOT place however I just want a legal one to be honest.

But like you said it is south london and i bet everyone knows a bent garage around here!

My clocks ratio is different to a normal typhoon one.

When im doing a good 30mph it says 15mph!

So i doubt it'll move unless they've some increadible hulk biceps ha!

 

init unless they spin it really fast... even i tyred doing that and was hard to make my speedo move.... all i can say is all the mots i have seen they have never tested the speedo..
