koso clocks turning on and off constantly

koso clocks are flashing on and off constantly and some times turning the lights on an off effects this. they have done this from the start i tightened up all connections didnt help then it stopped randomly .now its back and ten times worse lol . any ideas

 

the only time my koso's have flicked on and off there was a loose connection to the back of the speedo, maybe your lose connection is inside the clocks?
