Not too sure if I will get much joy on here as many people don't tend to use these carburettors, but hey Basically, the carb has got a 128 main jet, which is going to be WAYYYY to big for my engine. I have found jet packs (100-108, 110-118 etc) at £15 a go!! But what my question is, will the jetting still be the same as what it would be on another carb, or will I need more fuel as the air intake is bigger? Thanks.
30mm delly's are usually artound the 110 mark but start at ;like 118 and work down, could be less than 110 mind.. just get it on, get it rich, work it leaner
thought it was a dell soz.. LOLOL erm, koso (aka pwk cropy, sorry i mean copy) not the best, jetting is WAY diff size wise and the jets themselves are completly different. nice an crisp once setup tho.
Okay, So maybe I should start at 120 an work down? and pilot jets from 40-50 as blue dwarf recommended?
no, the numbers are higher... jetting is totally diff.. forget whatever numbers you know nfor dell carbs
Start at 148 main 48pilot needle middle and work it out from there. That`s my last word on the subject as jetting is a very subjective matter  g`luck.
