Hello All, Not exactly a scooter but I have just brought a 1998 KMX125 for my lad can anyone tell me if these had a fully working power valve in standard UK trim ? or was it like some of the other bikes of the time where you could turn the valve up and down but the automatic side of it was not fitted.
