Hi Hope someone can help me with this query. My son bought himself the above scooter. He had a small accident sliding off on grit on the road . Had new forks fitted by a friend. Now, after it has been all cleared for road use. He complains the Handlebars are a lot closer than they were. The friend or ex-friend will not return calls Went in for MOT failed on insufficient reverse travel on both brakes plus the Headlight aim to high. In my very limited knowledge (not that mechanically minded. If the Handlebars are closer to rider would that be the cause of the Brake andheadlight problem ? Now the big question, how would I adjust the handlebars and stem to go further forward ? Would it be this bracket in this picture. Hope you can understand my ramblings. Sin is on UC not a lot of spare cash, paid enough so far, think he has been conned a little Any help advice very much appreciated
