kink in the oil pipe?

    hey ive noticed a kink in the oil pipe, if i change hte pipe from carb to oil pump what would i have to do to make sure they is oil in the pipe ready for the bike when it starts? if you know what i mean,? dont want to start the bike and run it when they will be no oil in the pipe ready? thanks

    run it on pre-mix to it comes up the pipe so it can go in the carb.

    should not have to bleed the pump if you just to the pipe coming from the pump off.

    no kyle, he replaced the pipe , air in the system, theres a little philips screw on the oil pump itself,unscrew it and let it drip out untill all the air is out and you can clearly see 2 stroke in the oil pipe, screw it back up and your good to go. And btw a kink in the oil inlet pipe is not normal man, check it out

    the pipe from the the pump to carb !

    yeah you will probs still after bleed it.

    but till he can clearrl see oil in the pipe ?

    he aint goona be able to till he runs it up and it pumps it up the pipe.

    need to run it pre mix. but bleed it

    id get a litte seryinge and fill the pipe up before i put it on the carb end should be ok then,

    yup yup, fill the pipe prior to fitting.. then bleed off the pump befor you run it (there will be some air in the pump after you remove the pipe, if you dont bleed it through it will go up the carb pipe.) any oil pump work i throw a little oil in the fuel.. excess oil will just burn off, too little will kill your engine.
