I have a NRG MC3 and yeah, I know stupid to only have one key, but I lost it end of :(

Is getting a new ignition barrel the only way to go? If so could you please recommend a few sites?

    Truly appreciated in advance<3

Or just go to a dealer and get a original one for the same price when you include postage costs.

personally i prefer to just dis-connect the loom to the ignition switch.

but then if youve left ya bike on steering lock ya fucked,

stick a screw into the barrel then lever the screw out with a claw head hammer,(the barrel should stay attached to the screw)

then use a flat head screw driver to turn the ignition switch that sits behind the barrel, then u aint left in the middle of nowhere with no keys and a bike on steering lock ;)

you could always break the lock but thats just money :nerd:

if you think it in your seat use flat head screw diver and turn it a little and the seat should open, or just get a new barrel :p

    i agree

take your V5 and photo I.D. to your local locksmith with barrel and he will make you some, £3 a key thats what i done after 4 months of riding around with the ignitiion disconnected, to turn it off you just touch the conecters back together.

if your steering lock is on, juat take out the 2 10mm bolts (it may have a anti theft bolt in so just hammer and chisel it off)

yeah, a friend of mine used to tape his keys in. the real skill is pulling up along side a car in the summer, nicking the keys and riding off.

just take the front panel off and follow the wires that come from the ignition, there will be a block where they join, just unclip them and kick your bike over

it will only start from the kick start though and you dont have indercators maybe no lights either
