kimko vitality 50 139 qma engine still doing 30mph after adding parts

Please help!
I am trying to get a little more speed, I've put a new variator with a deristricted boss with 5.5g rollers,
a leo vince exhaust with the restrictor removed, a derestricted cdi, everything else is still as it was but the bike still only does 30mph. I there anything else restricting it. does the emission pipes restrict it?

 

not upjetted yet and defo derestricted cdi. its a carb 4 stroke. I've got some springs for the clutch to fit yet.

 

No accy he wont be seeing 45mph out of a derestricted 50cc 4 stroke.

Ive owned a few kymcos.

The 139qma engines are restricted at the drive boss, the cdi, the air intake, the inlet manifold, the exhaust, you'll want to drop to 6g rollers and go to a 92 jet. That's how you derestrict these. Then you'll cruise at 35, hit 40 down a hill.

 

your not wrong! I cant believe how pathetic a bike can be, what's the point in making something so dangerously slow not just for a 16yr old but for people that's passed there test and only want a moped for commuting.
