KICKSTART slipping?

    when i kickstart my bike it just sounds like its touching but not actually catching :confused:cratch:

    its probabily worn down on the inside. the teeth are probabily worn and not getting any grip. take it apart and have a look inside.

    i have mate some times itll catch others it wont its fucked :(

    Enough grease in it? Quite common for it to disappear over time or get washed out.

    Yeah its all greased up. just doesn't seen to catch the nut(the one that the cog on tranny cover catches to start it) I have orderd a kickstart repair kit because the cog looks worn and it might need replaceing hopefully that will sort it. also tried the elecky start but its fuc*ed lol.
