kick start return spring runner

    this has me defeated totally how do you get the fing thing back in tried everything i want to ditch the elec start but cant unless i can sort this?
    i did not take it out by the way :rtfm:

    nevver done one on a 125 as ive nevver needed to but if its simaler to the 50s you have to use a metal tube to keep the spring inplace

    yer its hard look in the haynes manual they say use a speaciel tool i got some thing like the pipe simlier and done it after 30 mins

    Shiny, buy a Haynes for what £10-£15 and you'll wish you'd have bought it when you first got your runner ;)

    The spring needs to be highly compressed or use this tool gileratyphoon was on about. You could proabably make a copy of it hehe
