nevver done one on a 125 as ive nevver needed to but if its simaler to the 50s you have to use a metal tube to keep the spring inplace
iy yer its hard look in the haynes manual they say use a speaciel tool i got some thing like the pipe simlier and done it after 30 mins

Shiny, buy a Haynes for what £10-£15 and you'll wish you'd have bought it when you first got your runner The spring needs to be highly compressed or use this tool gileratyphoon was on about. You could proabably make a copy of it hehe
