Just looking for abit of advise on my spark plug

Hi guys iam new to scooter and bin tuning my own one a little I have a zip ac model and it's got a stage 6 pro rep exhaust a polini sport 70 kit I have changed the clutch springs to yellow ones and dropped my rollers to 4.8g and it fills nice I bin trying to do my jetting witch I thank is almost about right I'll post up a few pics of my plug and just wanted to know if it looked right has I say bit new and just wanted a bit more advice before I go riding it around thanks for looking any info would be great
