Yeah, they can be a right royal pain. Take the caliper off and as you squeeze the lever you should see both pistons move. It could well be that one isn't moving at all, or the normal culprit is the dust seal, the first rubber ring in the piston, is rolling over and pulling the piston back too far, thereby leaving you with no or very little pressure.

Sorry for the late reply lads only just got it from the back trying to get me head round it, both pistons are moving ok like, I carnt seem get the pressure back in the lines so I've bit the bullet and ordered a proper vacuum kit from eBay. Should be plain sailing with that.....

Tbh I don't mind spending bits of money on it as long as it's nothing stupid. It's a hobby to mess about with it and fix it up. ( if I can lol) was gonna get a new exhaust system in a few weeks for me bday but don't know what to get. Any ideas? I've got about £50-60 to spend. Also is a free flow 1 any good? Would luv a Yamaha you should of went for it and showed it some love lol

Cheers mate looks good, will that affect my performance? Aswell as look good lol. Yeah good look with it mate I hope it works out for you. My old scooters back tyre was leaving when I put a new tyre on and turns out the rim just needed sanding down a bit cos all shite built up under the seal cos the bike was sitting for ages before I bought it ;-)

That's fine I've just bought a set of 10 lol. Will it be ok with my stock air filter tho? I've had to much messing about with the k&n 1. Kept bogging down so I had to go down from a 105 jet to a 98 to get it to work ok. Bike was slow as shit so I out the stock on and jetted up to 110 today feels a lot better
